While McShane and Associates will make a reasonable effort to advise you about any requested repairs which are determined to be your responsibility, our failure to make that determination initially does not relieve you of the responsibility to pay for any work requested by you that is not the Association’s responsibility. The Master Deed and Bylaws are the controlling documents.
