A customized cleaning by Thomas Family Cleaning Service begins with a FREE estimate of the property whether it is commercial or residential; we want to go over step by step the needs of your property in order to insure that you get exactly what you expect out of the service.

We will then sit down and go over any special needs that you may have. For example, you maybe allergic to certain products, some scents may not be to your liking. In addition, a particular room may need more service than another, if you have pets and they have there own area we want to know, this way we can focus our attention there as needed or not.

Another important feature we will be offering is only cleaning with environmentally friendly products. We feel it is very important if we can, not to add to our already polluted environment or contribute to global warming.

On a more personal note we don't want to disrupt the environment of your home or business. We expect that we will be servicing properties of seniors and children and we don't want to put them at any unnecessary risks.

Finally, we will be leaving a bi-weekly evaluation at each unit. We want to be judged on our performance! We will personally review each evaluation and be contacting you accordingly.
