Bill McShane, CEO and Community Association Manager

Bill formed his own management company in 1979, McShane and Associates, through which he is still active in the day-to-day management of community associations. Bill continues to avail himself to each and every board member who may wish to speak to him about property management issues, golf, or figure skating.

Lloyd Silberman, President and Community Association Manager
“I liked the way McShane and Associates treated me as a customer. So, when Bill McShane asked me to join the company, I was happy to become a part of such a caring organization”
Lloyd learned about property management as a board member of the condominium association for the community in which he lived. His board hired McShane and Associates and adopted goals that Lloyd espouses for the communities he now manages. Lloyd works with the board of directors to set short and long term priorities, carry out renovation projects and manage day-to-day operations in the communities. He has been with McShane and Associates since 2005, and was a McShane and Associates customer starting in 2000.

Margo Gonzalez, Vice President and Accounting Manager
Margo has been with McShane and Associates since 2000. She works with our communities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, effective collections, and rapid responses to questions from our residents.

John Kaye, Controller
John has been with McShane and Associates since 1991. In addition to his financial reporting, collections, and customer service responsibilities, he handles all input required for real estate transactions involving our residents.

Dean Gulledge, Community Association Manager and On-Site Supervisor
Dean started with McShane and Associates in 2015 after many years of service at one of our communities. He oversees day-to-day operations on several of our larger clients.

Maggie Lawrence, Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Maggie has been with McShane and Associates since 1999. She handles customer service inquiries and performs administrative services in support of the Community Association Managers.

Pat Kelley, Community Association Manager
Pat joined McShane and Associates in 2017 after eighteen years of exemplary service with another local management company. He works with a portfolio of our communities and excels at planning major projects and problem-solving day-to-day issues.

Tim Mumbrue, Community Association Manager and Administrative Assistant
Tim joined McShane and Associates in 2019 after managing a large homeowners association. He manages some communities and serves as an Administrative Assistant on others.

Mike Fera, Service Department Coordinator
Mike started with McShane and Associates in 2019, adding valuable experience processing work orders.  He evaluates incoming requests for repairs and assigns them to the appropriate contractors.  He also ensures that the work is completed effectively and on time.

Angela Larson, Administrative Assistant
Angela started with McShane and Associates in 2017. She performs administrative services in support of the Community Association Managers.

Kelly Ball, Administrative Assistant
Kelly started with McShane and Associates in 2018. She performs administrative services in support of the Community Association Managers.

Andrew James, Administrative Assistant
Andrew joined our company in 2019. He previously worked in commercial property management. He assists on a number of communities.
